Non-Executive Directors

About the Role:

Visit Jersey is the independent body responsible for the promotion of tourism to and within Jersey, with a strong vision of delivering a dynamic and sustainable industry. It is seeking up to two non-executive directors to replace board members who are retiring by rotation.

As well as board level experience and dedication to the highest level of corporate governance, you should also have a passion for Jersey’s tourism industry.

Applications are welcomed from individuals based in the United Kingdom or Jersey, with proven experience in transportation (airlines, ferries), prominent visitor attractions as well as online booking platforms. We are also looking for candidates with a track record of implementing business and digital transformation in the tourism and hospitality sector.

The board meets five times per year and some additional time for committee work may be required.

Directors are remunerated at a modest, appropriate level.
