Reporting to: Senior Product Executive
Location: Jersey, Channel Islands
Contract: Part-time, Seasonal | 22.5 hours (3 days per week including B/H and weekends)
Residence qualification: Entitled or Entitled for Work

About this role
Visit Jersey is the strategic body for inbound tourism, responsible for marketing Jersey to grow the visitor economy. Our mission is to promote tourism to and within Jersey in an innovative, economic and efficient way, delivering on our vision of a vibrant sustainable tourism industry.
This role involves being the welcome and source of knowledge for potential visitors to Jersey and to those already in the island. Providing a warm and friendly service both in person and digitally, assisting with queries and giving destination information to drive referrals to partners whilst improving the visitor experience. It is essential that the ideal candidate will have a commitment and passion for ensuring an outstanding visitor experience to a diverse audience.
