Coronavirus (Covid-19) Guidance and Support

In Jersey, we’re a little island with a big spirit, and although things feel uncertain at the moment, we want you to know that we’re doing everything we can to support you. As the official Destination Marketing Organisation (DMO) for Jersey, we’re working as a united front with our industry partners to tackle whatever comes.

We want you to know that if you need to talk or discuss anything, that the team at Visit Jersey are here and ready so please just get in touch anytime.

Together we’ll get through this. And when we do, we’ll still be here sounding the drum for Jersey, for our wonderful island with a big spirit.

Things are moving fast at the moment, but we’ll try and keep this page up to date with the latest information.

Visit Jersey Marketing

Our immediate priority is to support local businesses through this challenging time.

We created an online hub in partnership with local businesses to let locals know how we can all continue enjoying our island, whilst being socially responsible and following guidelines.

If you are an on-island supplier, please get in touch and share any new initiatives or services you are offering during this time, please contact amy@visitjersey.je or lyndsey@visitjersey.je who are ready and waiting to hear from you.

We also want to work closely with partners who may not have identified a contingency plan yet. We'll be reaching out to our partners individually to discuss how we can support you but please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange a call sooner. Amy and Lyndsey are ready to hear from you, so please do get in touch.

We are constantly reviewing our marketing activity to best respond to the developing situation. As the DMO for Jersey, we will continue to showcase the island via our channels, with the aim to be as responsive and agile as possible to ensure that our messaging is relevant and sensitive to the evolving circumstances.

Our job is to promote our beautiful island to the world. People have not fallen out of love with Jersey, they are however very concerned about their health and therefore not travelling. We are continuing with with some digital “always on” marketing to keep a conversation with customers going but the tone and messaging has changed.
