Mill Mondays at Le Moulin de Quétivel

The National Trust for Jersey’s restored watermill in St Peter’s Valley reopened to the public on Monday 6 July with a brand new visitor experience called “Mill Mondays." Aimed at households of all ages, activities include:

  • Jersey Wonder presentation in the Victorian Kitchen (with recipes to take away)
  • Bread making presentation using Quetivel Mill flour (with recipes to take away)
  • Corn dolly instructions and wheat to take away
  • An opportunity to meet the miller and learn how the millstones work
  • A brand new children’s scavenger hunt in the Trust’s woodland
  • National Trust for Jersey Gift Shop
  • Le Moulin de Quétivel flour on sale – milled on 30 June 2020
  • Self-guided walks and trails through St Peter’s Valley

Venue: Le Moulin de Quetivel, Mont Fallu, St Peter
Opening Hours: Site open from 10am – 4pm
Tickets:  To restrict visitor numbers inside the mill, tickets for this event must be purchased in advance from the Trust’s website. Visit duration approximately 40 minutes, timed tickets available from 10am onwards (one household admitted every 10 minutes).
Admission: Free for National Trust Members; £10 per household for Non-Members
