Jersey Pearl Partners with EVie

Publish date: 10 Mar 2025

Jersey Pearl is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with EVie, bringing sustainable transport to the west of the island for both locals and visitors. As part of this collaboration, Jersey Pearl in St. Ouen will be a designated drop off and pick up point for EVie’s electric vehicles, providing an eco-friendly and convenient way to explore the island. It’s as simple as tap, drive, and explore!

This initiative aligns with Jersey Pearl’s commitment to sustainability, offering an affordable and accessible alternative to traditional transport. Visitors and islanders can now rent an EVie car directly from our St Ouen flagship, unlocking it with their phone and driving off in minutes.

“We are delighted to partner with EVie and support a greener way to travel across Jersey,” said Julia Williams, Product Director at Jersey Pearl. “Like EVie, we believe in protecting our beautiful island and ensuring that future generations can enjoy it. By providing parking spaces for EVie’s electric vehicles, we are making it easier than ever for people to choose a sustainable way to travel.”

EVie was created by islanders, for islanders, with a vision of making the Channel Islands more connected and environmentally responsible. Their mission is to build a more sustainable and efficient transport system that gives everyone the freedom to drop off and pick up sustainable 100% electric transport throughout Jersey.

Nick Perchard-Rees, EVie CEO said “It’s fantastic to be collaborating with another iconic destination in Jersey’s landscape. Jersey Pearl truly understands the convenience this will bring for visitors and locals alike, making it easier than ever to explore the island. This partnership delivers affordable, flexible, and sustainable transport, helping more people experience Jersey in a way that’s both seamless and eco-friendly.”
