Celebrating 15 Years at the UK’s Leading Cheese and Dairy Event

Publish date: 17 Jun 2025

The International Cheese and Dairy Expo brings together professionals from across the dairy industry to celebrate the finest in cheese and dairy production. At the heart of the event is the Cheese and Dairy Awards, which this year has attracted an incredible 4,000+ entries from producers around the globe. The two-day event features judging panels, masterclasses, tastings, and live demonstrations.

Will Holland will once again take to the stage as both a respected judge and demonstration chef. A familiar face at the show, 2025 marks Will’s 15th year supporting the event. Over the years, he has appeared alongside some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs including James Martin, Michel Roux Jr, and Marco Pierre White, and continues to champion the rich diversity of the British cheese and dairy scene.

This year, Will will perform three live cookery demonstrations on the Saputo Demonstration Stage, showcasing innovative recipes using exceptional dairy ingredients. A highlight of the line-up will be his signature Croque Madame, a much-loved dish served at The Atlantic Hotel, which pays homage to classic French flavours with a refined twist.

Speaking ahead of the event, Will said: “The International Cheese and Dairy Expo is always a highlight of my calendar. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the craft, dedication, and quality that goes into our industry’s dairy produce. I’m honoured to return as a judge and demonstrator and look forward to sharing the stage with some of the finest chefs in the country.”

The Atlantic Hotel is proud to support Will in his continued involvement with this prestigious event, which aligns perfectly with the hotel’s commitment to culinary excellence and showcasing outstanding British ingredients.
