DFDS publishes full 2026 sailing schedule with 15% Early Booking Offer
Publish date: 01 Oct 2025
DFDS today announced its full 2026 sailing schedule, with bookings now open through to 31 December 2026 at dfds.com and via the contact centre.
To mark the launch, the company has introduced a 15% Early Booking Offer on standard passenger and vehicle fares, valid for travel from 4 January until the end of 2026. The offer is subject to availability and standard terms and conditions.
The new schedule reflects DFDS’ long-term commitment to Jersey: providing a sustainable, reliable and customer-focused service with improved departure times, more capacity at peak periods, and stronger day-trip options to France. While all timings are published in good faith, they may occasionally need to be adjusted for operational, technical or weather-related reasons.
Highlights include:
- More than 730 departures between May and August 2026 across the three routes to Poole, Portsmouth and St Malo.
- Better timings from the UK – most Poole and Portsmouth sailings now scheduled between 09:00 and 12:00, reducing early-morning departures.
- Improved day-trip options, revised timings to and from St Malo, enhancing the offer for Jersey residents and French visitors.
- The Levante Jet will return in May to meet summer demand.
- Work continues on inter-island schedules which will be finalised in consultation with Jersey and Guernsey authorities.
DFDS has worked closely with government and industry partners to ensure the schedule not only supports islanders but also strengthens Jersey’s visitor economy by extending the season and improving connectivity.
DFDS Jersey Route Director, Chris Parker, said: “We’ve listened carefully to islanders and acted on what matters most. More crossings when people want to travel, fewer anti-social sailing times, and better options for day-trips to France – these are real improvements we’re pleased to deliver.
“The new 15% Early Booking Offer is our way of saying thank you. It offers extra value and is designed to reward early planning and ensure DFDS customers benefit from the best availability. We’re continuing to build a service that works for islanders, visitors and the wider Jersey economy, not just for 2026, but well into the future.”
