Staff at two of Jersey’s top hotels are buzzing about a new in-house news site and wellbeing centre.
The Hive is a sociable online platform, similar to Facebook, which connects all members of the team at The AA Five Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and the AA Four Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa with all team members at Hand Picked Hotels across the UK.
The newest feature, the wellbeing centre offers tools, guidance, videos, recipes and support for staff to help them improve their overall wellbeing with the content broken down into four key areas – Move, Munch, Money and Mind.
The four ‘M’s’ are designed to help all team members look after their physical, financial and emotional health, with tips on how to become more active, eat healthier, manage money better and alleviate stress.
The Hive, which can be accessed at any time, on any device also gives staff the chance to save up to £1000 a year with exclusive discounts both in stores and online, from food and clothes shopping to cinema tickets, days out and holidays.
