Visit Jersey launches Trip Planner on Jersey.com

Publish date: 08 Sep 2023

Visit Jersey today introduced a new interactive feature on Jersey.com, the Trip Planner. The intelligent tool is designed to revolutionise the way visitors discover, plan and book their island break, delivering personalised recommendations based on each user’s preferences. Trip Planner makes planning an island adventure hassle free and enjoyable.

To use the tool, visitors simply answer a few quick questions about their interests, preferences, and travel style. The Trip Planner then generates personalised recommendations tailored specifically to their taste. Once a user has created their dream trip, they can save it and share it with friends and family.

The new tool will benefit not only prospective visitors, but also Visit Jersey and its valued industry partners. The Trip Planner will showcase the diverse array of things to do, places to stay, eat and drink on the island, championing local businesses and enhancing their visibility to targeted audiences. It also aims to increase traffic and bookings by driving users to partner websites.

The Trip Planner will also help Visit Jersey to understand more about its audience and grow its mailing list. Visit Jersey’s marketing team will be able to segment users based on the preferences they share via the Trip Planner and send targeted and relevant email communications that are more likely to resonate with recipients.

Visit Jersey invites industry partners to experience the Trip Planner first hand and share this exciting new tool through their own channels https://www.jersey.com/trip-planner/wizard/.
