June 2025 Summary
- Visits: An estimated 51,900 visits were made in June 2025, down 17,100 compared with June 2024. The 16% year-to-date decline is driven by drops in April, May and June, while January to March visits remained flat year-on-year. The overall fall was primarily due to 23,100 fewer sea visitors year-to-date.
- Bed Nights and Length of Stay: Visitor nights fell by 57,700 in June and were down 13% year-to-date to June. The average length of stay was 4.3 nights year-to-date to June, up from 4.1 nights over the same period in 2024.
- Passengers: In June 2025, 94,700 passengers departed Jersey, a 13,200 decline from the previous year.
Counting of Visits: The statistics represent the number of visits or passenger journeys, not the number of unique individuals. Therefore, individuals who travel multiple times within the reporting period are counted on each occasion.
Estimates and Rounding: These figures are estimates derived from sample surveys and are subject to sampling variability. The data are rounded to the nearest 100 to reflect the inherent uncertainty. As a result, the sum of individual components may not precisely match the reported totals.

Jersey received an estimated 51,900 visits in June 2025, 17,100 fewer than in June 2024 (-25%).
This included:
- Overnight stays: 45,000 (-12,700)
- Day visits: 6,900 (-4,400)
By travel type:
- By air: 35,600 (-9,600)
- By sea: 16,300 (-7,500)

An estimated 202,900 visits to Jersey were made in the year to June 2025, 38,800 fewer than in 2024 (-16%).
This included:
- Overnight stays: 176,800 (-17% or -37,100)
- Day visits: 26,100 (-6% or -1,700)
By travel type:
- By air: 150,300 (-9% or -15,700)
- By sea: 52,600 (-31% or -23,100)
By purpose of visit:
- Leisure: 106,200 (-28% or -41,200)
- Visiting friends/relatives: 44,500 ( -6% or -2,800)
- Business: 31,200 (+16% or +4,400)
- Other: 20,900 (+4% or +900)
By country of residence:
- United Kingdom: 143,900 (-11% or -17,500)
- France: 26,000 (-35% or -13,800)
- Other Channel Islands: 12,900 (-23% or -3,900)

In the year to June 2025, there were an estimated 412,200 departing passengers from Jersey, 36,300 fewer than in 2024 (-8%).
