“I’ve been part of the Love Cheese Live Show and International Cheese Awards since 2012. It’s a highlight in my calendar each year and is a great opportunity to showcase how wonderful Jersey produce really is. It’s the largest cheese show in the world and is always a fun event.”

“This year I’ll be taking a little taste of Jersey with me including ‘Mooloumi’ cheese from Blanc Pignon dairy farm which I’ll be using in my ultimate summer salad along with Jersey Dairy milk and butter which I’ll use to create a stunning cheese and onion tart.”

Love Cheese Live takes place on the 30th June and 1st July. For more information about the show and to purchase tickets, visit lovecheeselive.
