On Saturday 13 April 2019 Mark Jordan, chef patron at Mark Jordan at the Beach, will join James Martin yet again as guest chef on Saturday Morning with James Martin. He will be appearing alongside celebrity guest Michael Ball, an English actor, singer and broadcaster who made his West End debut in 1985 playing Marius in the original London production of Les Misérables, and went on to star in 1987 as Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera.
The show will be broadcast on ITV at 9:30 am this Saturday.
Mark will be cooking his signature Jersey scallop dish with pulled pork, celeriac espuma and truffle and apple salad. There will be a number of dishes cooked on the show, interwoven as always with James Martin’s good humour and sense of fun.
