The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant Named in La Liste Top 1000 Restaurants 2025

Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel has been recognised in the La Liste Top 1000 Restaurants in the World 2025. Ocean is the only establishment in Jersey to feature in this prestigious ranking and has been listed as a regional gastronomic landmark.

This recognition highlights its standing as a luxury dining destination, offering an exceptional culinary experience on the island. Ocean Restaurant has achieved a score of 81, which marks a two-point increase from the 2023 list, when the restaurant scored 79.

La Liste is an internationally respected guide that compiles thousands of reviews from publications, guidebooks, and critics, alongside millions of online ratings, to create an authoritative ranking of the world’s finest restaurants. Ocean Restaurant’s continued success reflects its dedication to excellence and innovation under the leadership of Executive Chef Will Holland and Head Chef Adam Braithwaite.
