Visit Jersey appoints Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors at Visit Jersey Limited has announced the appointment of Tricia Warwick as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. She was selected following an open process overseen by the Jersey Appointments Commission and will take up the position on 24 April 2023.

Tricia has worked as a Director at Visit Britain for the past five years, where she had responsibility for the implementation of strategy and marketing plans across seven markets: India, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. A member of the senior leadership team, Tricia worked with both UK and international travel industry stakeholders to promote Britain and increase tourism numbers and value to the UK.

Tricia has a proven track-record in global, senior leadership roles across destination marketing, hospitality, aviation and tour operating, including British Airways, AEG Live, and luxury hotel groups; Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, One & Only Resorts, Atlantis the Palm and Viceroy Hotels and Resorts. Tricia is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Welcoming the appointment, Lisa Springate, Chair of Visit Jersey said, “I am delighted that the panel has selected Tricia as our new Chief Executive at this important time for our industry’s recovery and future growth. Her extensive travel knowledge, strategic mindset and leadership experience will be invaluable in leading the Visit Jersey team and working with stakeholders to deliver a vibrant, sustainable tourism industry.”

I look forward to leading the team on our next chapter.”
