Your Guide to Supertri League Jersey

Publish date: 18 Sep 2025

This week, Supertri returns to the island for a day full of world-class racing, community events and family-friendly activities at the Waterfront.

On Sunday 21 September, the event will kickstart with RBC Race for the Kids, a fun run open to all ages and fitness levels, with options to take on 2.5km, 5km or 10km routes. Warm-up sessions take place before each distance, and the event is all about bringing the community together, getting active and raising funds for the Jersey Child Care Trust.

In the afternoon, the world’s top short-course triathletes will head down to Elizabeth Marina for Supertri League’s uniquely fast-paced, exhilarating race format. The professional athletes, including Team GB stars Jonathan Brownlee and Georgia Taylor-brown, will take on three rapid stages of swim, bike and run without a break. Each stage involves a 300m swim, 4km bike ride and 1.6km run, repeated across a compact, spectator-friendly course that guarantees constant action.

Spectators can watch the racing from around the Marina and the Waterfront. The Fan Zone at Waterfront Gardens will be open all day with big screens showing the racing live, so visitors can follow the action wherever they are. There will also be food and drink stalls, live entertainment, giveaways and children’s activities, making it a great day out whether you’re watching the pros or taking part yourself.

There’ll also be plenty happening in the Fan Zone on Saturday, including a meet and greet with Supertri athletes. Between 3pm and 5pm, there will be live music, a variety of street food, and a Q&A with the Podium Racing team, who are currently at the top of the leaderboard. Fans will have the perfect opportunity to purchase their event merchandise and get it signed by the elite athletes ahead of the race on Sunday. This event is free to attend and everyone is welcome.
