Day 2
Laneez Surf School
Join the line up along the breaks of St. Ouen’s Bay, where islanders have been surfing since the 1920’s. The Atlantic swell and tidal shifts along miles of sand make St. Ouen’s beach the perfect place to try your hand at surfing. Whether it’s a taster surf lesson, a one-to-one, or a family day with a difference, you’ll hit the water with confidence and have fun in the fresh local landscape.
Jersey National Park
Jersey Wetlands Centre is in the heart of the Jersey National Park. The Park provides visitors with a unique opportunity to discover Jersey’s coastal environment steeped in history, rich in agricultural and natural diversity and bustling with activities that appeal to every interest and age group.
Explore the diverse bird life found at the reserve and discover its rich history. Come rain or shine, you can even try yoga in nature with Bunker Yoga.
Valley Adventure Centre
See Jersey’s woodlands from a new angle as you step out into thin air, zip lining through the trees and making the leap from tree-height platforms, all attached via a body harness, of course.
Another route of more gentle walkways is better suited for those who prefer to keep their feet closer to the ground at Valley Adventure Centre. Test your head for heights on aerial trekking, get your adrenaline fix on the zip wire and king swing, take aim and fire with archery, climbing and abseiling or battle it out in paintball or laser combat!
Day 3
Self Guided Walks
What better way to come up for air and take a breath, than to walk along Jersey’s unspoilt coastline and watch the sun sink into the sea or catch first light? Explore Jersey in mindful isolation, reconnect in your bubble and discover Jersey’s natural landscapes. Our self guided trails invite you to explore the island on foot, so lace up, step out and enjoy each Jersey moment at your own pace.
Why not start at St. Catherine’s Breakwater at sunrise with a picnic? With its stunning views across to France this is one of Jersey’s most iconic areas and a must see for any walker. With picnic areas scattered along the way and the secluded bays of Archirondel and Anne Port, this walk sticks close by the coast all the way to the unmissable Mont Orgueil Castle.
Jersey Walk Adventures
Join Jersey Walk Adventures at Seymour Tower as night descends and the ocean recedes, star-like shapes of luminous green begin to twinkle and sparkle in a few special spots at low tide. Experience the uniqueness of Bioluminescence on the beach with creatures and other marine life on this “Moonwalk” across the seabed in just a few hours the ocean will return to cover your footprints by up to 40ft.
We recommend you book well in advance as the tide and moon influence when these sessions run.
