Visit Jersey have appointed Board Apprentice Tracy Mourant, as part of a joint initiative with the Government of Jersey's ‘I Will’ programme. Board Apprentice is a not-for-profit social franchise dedicated to increasing diversity on Boards globally and providing opportunities for board-level experience.
Kevin Keen, Chairman of Visit Jersey’s Board commented: ‘We look forward to Tracy joining as Board Apprentice. The role will present opportunities for her to gain hands-on experience.'
Tracy Mourant who currently works within Government, in the Ministerial Support Unit working on the Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture portfolio added that she is extremely pleased to have been selected as the Board Apprentice for Visit Jersey: ‘It is a great opportunity with a dynamic organisation that will have an important role to support the tourism industry as Jersey comes out of the pandemic.’
