Hand Picked Hotels team up with world-class jeweller for some St Valentine’s Day sparkle.

Publish date: 22 Jan 2024

Hand Picked Hotels in the Channel Islands has found the perfect partner for love in 2024. They have teamed up with a world-class local jeweller to add some extra sparkle to their St Valentine’s Day offering and touch your loved one’s heart.

The AA Four Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey and the luxury Fermain Valley Hotel in Guernsey have partnered with Catherine Best to offer an exclusive dining and overnight stay package coupled with an extra special VIP jewellery shopping experience.

Catherine Best has been a world-class jewellery designer for 35 years, creating inspiring and beautiful pieces, making this family business one of the Channel Islands’ leading luxury brands.

Hand Picked Hotels share a pan-island presence with Catherine Best, along with a clientele that enjoy the finer things in life, so a collaboration between the two is the perfect match.

Couples will enjoy a bottle of Villa Saletta Spumante Rosé on arrival and later indulge in Champagne and canapés before savouring a divine five-course dinner, designed for sharing and featuring sublime local delicacies, all lovingly prepared by the hotels’ talented team of chefs.

The exclusive package also includes a VIP experience at Catherine Best, where couples will have a tour of the studio with Champagne and chocolates whilst having the option to pick one of three romantic themes for their visit.

Plus, there will be a special surprise for one lucky couple who dine on the St. Valentine’s menu each evening at both hotels during the St. Valentine’s week. A golden ticket will be concealed at the table ready to be revealed by a lucky diner, with a different love themed piece of jewellery to be won each evening. Not only that, but the winner will be invited to a behind the scenes tour of the jewellery studio and enjoy a glass of Champagne as they collect their prize, a truly memorable Valentine experience.

The Romantic Island Escape package, including breakfast is available from 14th to 17th February inclusive and costs from £350.00 per couple. For the Golden Ticket prize offering, couples simply need to book and enjoy the special St. Valentine’s dinner menu at either hotel, available 14th to 17th February inclusive, priced at £85.00 per person at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa and £75.00 per person at Fermain Valley Hotel.
