Win a luxury escape to Jersey

The following terms and conditions apply to the Visit Jersey Trade Competition 2025 (the “Competition”).

1. Eligibility
  1. The Competition is open to UK-based travel agents and travel industry professionals only. Proof of eligibility may be required.
  2. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
  3. The Competition is not open to employees of the Promoter (Visit Jersey Limited), their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  4.  Only one entry per person, per email address is permitted.
  5.  Entries from third parties, bulk entries, automated entries, or entries generated by scripts will not be accepted.
2. Promoter details
  1. The Competition is promoted by Visit Jersey Limited, a company registered in Jersey (Company Number: 116716), whose registered office is 3rd Floor, Commercial House, 3 Commercial Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RU (the “Promoter”).
3. How to enter
  1. The Competition opens on Thursday 27 February 2025 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on Monday 31 March 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
  2. To enter the competition:
    1. Enter by providing first name, last name and work email address.
    2. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. The prize
  1. The main competition prize consists of:
    1. A two-night stay for two people sharing one Standard Room at Longueville Manor, inclusive of daily breakfast and one à la carte dinner.
    2. Return British Airways flights for two from London (Gatwick or Heathrow) to Jersey, including standard cabin baggage allowance.
    3. A one-day hire of a classic car, courtesy of Jersey Classic Car Hire.
    4. A crime-mystery themed tour with a Blue Badge Guide, courtesy of Jersey Uncovered.
    5. A Visit Jersey Welcome Pack on arrival, including two Visit Jersey Island passes, giving free entry into a range of Jerseys Attractions.
  2. The prize is redeemable between Tuesday 01 April 2025 until 23:59 (GMT) on Monday 22 December 2025, subject to availability.
  3. The prize must be taken between Tuesday 01 April 2025 to Sunday 15 June 2025, or from Monday 29 September 2025 to Monday 22 December 2025, excluding Bank Holiday weekends.
    1. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  4.  The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Jersey Classic Car hire
  1. On day of collection, the winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they bring the following:
    1. Full driving license – Jersey Classic Car Hire will need to check for any points accumulated.
    2. Photographic ID if no photo on license.
    3. Proof of address x2 – two recent (within 3 months of the hire) utility bills or bank statements.
    4. A major credit / debit card with at least a £1500 limit. This is for the £1500 security deposit for the insurance excess. Money will not be taken from the card but details will be held for 14 days after the last day of hire and then securely disposed of.

  3. Please refer to jerseyclassichire.com/faqs for more information on requirements, including cancellation policy and car insurance policy.
  4. The winner and their guest are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to ensuring a full tank of fuel before returning the car, meals, drinks and personal expenses.
6. Travel conditions
  1. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and any necessary travel documentation.
  2. In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, the prize winner’s tickets are exempt from Flight Compensation Regulation EU261/04 (article 3.3).
  3.  All standard British Airways Terms and Conditions apply.
  4. Check-in to Longueville Manor is available from 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00 on the day of departure.
  5. The winner and their guest are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to meals, drinks, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
7. Winner selection & notification
  1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  2. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the competition closing date.
  3. The winner must claim their prize within three (3) working days of being contacted. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  4. The winner’s name and country will be available upon request (with express consent) for 28 days after the closing date by writing to Visit Jersey, 3rd Floor, Commercial House, 3 Commercial Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RU, enclosing a stamped SAE.
8. Publicity & data protection
  1. Entrants may be invited to participate in publicity related to the Competition but are under no obligation to do so.
  2. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the prize draw. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Visit Jersey’s Privacy Policy.
9. General conditions
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of:
    1. Force Majeure (including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pandemic, epidemic, government action, or any other event beyond the Promoter’s control).
  2. Any changes to the Competition will be communicated as soon as possible.
  3. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Governing law
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Visit Jersey Everyman Cinema Gift Card giveaway 2025 (the “Competition”).
