Visit Jersey Training

Welcome to the Curiously Brit…(ish) island of Jersey.

Jersey is a place that can’t be defined by a single experience. It’s not a city break, or a country break, or a beach break. Jersey is all of these things and more.

This training page gives our valued trade partners the tools to discover what makes Jersey a place that’s familiar, yet ever so slightly exotic. Whether your clients are from within the UK or further afield, we have expertise, resources, and insider tips to help you plan the perfect island break and guide you through the process of creating a liberating and joyful client experience.

Visit Jersey’s webinars and training programs are a vital tool and source of information to discover more about the destination and become Jersey experts!

Visit Jersey webinar

Visit Jersey is excited to host a series of webinars throughout the year to showcase the island and inspire the travel trade to become Jersey experts.

Our first webinar is centred around our Curiously Brit…(ish) positioning and how to encourage prospective visitors to think differently about Jersey and tap into their motivations for travel.

In collaboration with Condor Ferries, Visit Jersey organised a travel trade webinar for the French market with 138 travel agents registered and 93 connected. Excellent feedback was received from the travel agents, who explained that they didn’t expect to find so many things to see and do in Jersey. To attract more travel agents to participate, we added a prize draw at the end of the webinar. The prize was a trip to Jersey for two, offered by Condor Ferries.

With intriguing landscapes, sandy beaches, medieval castles, and restaurants bursting with Jersey produce, there’s something for everyone.
