Five Silver Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa is proud to announce the appointment of Nicky
Sheard in the role of Food & Beverage Manager.
With over a decade of hotel and resort experience and fifteen years in the food and
beverage sector, Nicky brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Hand Picked Hotels’
St Helier property.
Throughout his career, Nicky has demonstrated a dedication to service excellence and
exceptional leadership skills, within a range of positions including overseeing F&B
operations at luxury 5-star Caribbean resorts.
In his new role, Nicky’s primary focus will be on delivering unparalleled dining experiences
and ensuring superior service quality across all outlets. He will also continue to nurture the
inclusive culture within the team and assist in developing colleagues through tailored
training and coaching.

to invest and innovate. His in-depth understanding of industry trends and guest preferences
will be instrumental in further establishing the hotel as a premier destination in the Channel
Islands.
Thursday 2nd May sees the eagerly anticipated reopening of The Terrace at Grand Jersey
following a recent £100,00 investment. Now open from 12 noon through to 10pm daily and
