Kyle Haughton has worked in the travel and hospitality sectors for over 35 years. Formerly a Managing Director and board member at City Cruises plc and Tui/First Choice Holidays Ltd., he has also held Director posts at BAA, Sunworld Holidays and Funway Holidays. In addition, he has held board positions at the Thames Skills Academy and Visit Greenwich.
With experience in a range of diverse roles across both the inbound and outbound travel sectors, in addition to working in the hospitality industry, Kyle brings unique insights into these key tourism sectors.
Kyle has consistently grown the businesses he has been involved in and developed a passion for creating commercial success and shareholder value, alongside focusing and improving the customer experience. He has led businesses through meaningful change, implementing new organisational structures, deploying new technology and managing significant capital investment and acquisition projects.
His core skills are found in developing and implementing brand strategy, with a commercial, marketing and sales focus, while managing a variety of complex business environments with multiple stakeholder involvement.
Kyle received a Degree with Honours from the University of Westminster, graduating in Business Studies.
