Longueville Manor amongst top ranked UK Hotels with prestigious Michelin Key award
Publish date: 03 Oct 2024
Longueville Manor, which is part of the Relais & Châteaux luxury hotel group, is also celebrating their 75th Anniversary this year. They have had a successful year so far, recently receiving the AA 5 Red Stars and 3 Rosettes for food, the highest rating in the AA guide. The Michelin Keys is equally prestigious, and on 1st October 2024, the Michelin Guide revealed the brand new One, Two and Three Key distinctions for the most outstanding hotels in Great Britain and Ireland.
These accolades are reserved for places that significantly add to the traveller experience, each vetted by Michelin’s hotel experts and judged excellent in five categories: architecture and interior design; quality and consistency of service; overall personality and character; value for the price; and a significant contribution to the guest experience in a particular setting. Michelin Keys are for their most outstanding hotels and there are only 72 other One Key hotels across Great Britain and Ireland.
Longueville Manor owner Malcolm Lewis said “The Michelin Keys are hugely respected, and in our 75th Anniversary year, we couldn’t be happier to accept such an award. It shows how, throughout the generations, we have adhered to the highest possible standards, giving guests a unique experience which often keeps them coming back again and again – many are like family to us! Earning a Michelin Key is also reflective of the dedication and pride our wonderful team have in what we do here; this award is truly earned by us all.”
