The Jersey Hospitality Association has been making significant progress with establishing the use of Non-EU work permits into hospitality industry in Jersey. The Home Affairs minister took careful consideration, through a paper provided by the JHA, to approve the granting of 150 non-EU work permits.
No-EU Work Permits
The Home Affairs minister took careful consideration, through a paper provided by the JHA, to approve the granting of 150 non-EU work permits.
One of the criteria is that the process is managed by the JHA to maintain a single point of contact and verification for Immigration at all times. Roughly 30 applications have been made to date and 20 have been approved already.
If anyone wants some more details about how to apply, or the criteria required to look into a non-EU worker, please contact Simon at firstname.lastname@example.org
