The Atlantic Hotel Joins the Hoteliers’ Charter

This significant step aligns with the Charter’s principles of prioritising colleagues’ wellness and career development at the core of hotel operations.

 

The Hoteliers’ Charter unites hotels across the country in a shared mission to develop their team members through comprehensive training, apprenticeships, coaching, mentoring, and career development programmes. By supporting the Charter, The Atlantic Hotel emphasises its dedication to eradicating low pay, advocating for career growth opportunities, and ensuring access to financial and pension guidance for all employees.

The Atlantic currently holds EarthCheck Benchmarked Silver Status, one of the first ten hotels in the country to achieve this award.
