  • The professionally ratified courses are designed to be safe and challenging. SLT are all about encompassing a lifestyle that represents fitness, fun, friendship and experiences. Whether watching from the course or at home, SLT is breathtaking sporting entertainment.

From the moment that Jersey won the right to host the event in 2017, our intention was not just to promote the SLT week in Jersey, but encourage the world fall in love with Jersey by making the full use of the opportunities to promote the island break. Although the event wasn't able to be held during 2020, Jersey is proud to partner with SLT, and we look forward to welcoming the athletes back on the 18 and 19 September 2021.

RBC Super League Triathlon returned to Jersey’s waterfront in September 2019 welcoming 55 of the world’s best athletes to the island and over 9,000 unique spectators. Shining a light on Jersey’s sporting event capabilities, research recorded a growth of over 80% year-on-year.

As a catalyst for the island’s tourism development, findings indicated that over 2,060 visitors attended the event, generating an additional visitor spend of £751,000. This compares to £397,000 in 2018. These visitors generated 6,800 additional visitor nights in Jersey, compared to 3,800 last year. 71% of visiting spectators said they came specifically for the event.
