Kerry is well known for her exceptional work and time served within the cleaning sector, including international work within leading global hotel chains and brands. For over four decades, she has worked hard and successfully to raise the profile of Housekeepers and the Housekeeping industry with her expertise and passion.

Kerry was appointed National Chair of the UK Housekeeper’s Association in April 2023 after being Chair for the Yorkshire and North-East region for over a decade. Kerry brings a glowing CV, 5-star testimonials and many years of experience to her new role, including the coveted title as one of the ‘6 Best Housekeepers in the UK’, as featured in Housekeeping Today.

Embracing sustainability and its links to the hospitality sector, Kerry’s passion is to share knowledge, understanding and wisdom regarding the ever changing landscapes and factors associated with revolutionary thinking, green credentials and sustainability for a safer world.

“I look forward to working closely with the hotel teams to ensure we all strive to achieve our common goal and continue to grow and produce exceptional service levels and create happy memories for our guests. My ethos which I would like to share and nurture is of “one team, one goal, one dream” as well as “let’s work smarter, not harder” which will enable us to share best practise amongst the group.”

We warmly welcome Kerry to the Seymour Hotels family and wish her every success in her new role.
