June Passenger Arrivals 2018

Latest figures show that passenger arrivals in Jersey (combining arriving visitors and returning residents) were almost 7% up on a year ago during June. There was growth in both air and sea arrivals, in part boosted by there having been five Saturdays in June of this year compared with four a year ago.

Exit Survey Analysis - January to May

At the headline level- visits figures are virtually the same as for the first five months of last year. This is due to a buoyant day-trip market, both leisure from France and a bounce-back in Business day trips.

June Weather Round-up

The average temperature in June was 16.9oC, which was 1.1oC cooler than the year before but 0.8oC above the thirty-year average. Rainfall totalled 41mm for the month, almost identical to June of 2017 with 7mm less rainfall than the seasonal norm.
