‘Creative Spaces’ Launched
A two-month programme of free public art in beautiful, historic, unusual, overlooked, or quirky spaces is being launched in Jersey.
Creative Spaces will run from 1 August with live music, street dance, plays, films, and discussions about careers in arts, at public venues including Howard Davis Park, Waterfront Gardens, and Jersey Library.

Enjoy a Summer of Heritage Fun!
With the school holidays just around the corner, Jersey Heritage has plenty of entertainment ready and waiting for families to enjoy as part of a five-week programme of fun activity.
‘A Summer of Fun’, kindly sponsored by Ogier, involves creative sessions across the castles and museums every weekday from 11am-3pm, starting from next Monday (25th). From pottery to performance, there will be something to engage and delight youngsters at a different heritage site each week.

Blue Islands Adds Additional ATR 72
Capacity to Jersey increased by 60,000 seats
Blue Islands is pleased to announce the arrival of its latest ATR 72 aircraft, G-ISLO. The plane arrived yesterday at the airline’s home base in Jersey from East Midlands Airport, where it was fitted-out in the distinctive Blue Islands livery. The new aircraft will be “on the line” and flying passengers from today. The aircraft has 72 seats, replacing a smaller ATR 42, 46 seat aircraft, meaning that all five aircraft in the Blue Islands fleet are now ATR 72s.

ArtHouse Jersey’s ‘Home’ mural transforms Normans in St. Helier
Public artwork contemplating life in modern multicultural Jersey is now complete. ArtHouse Jersey is proud to announce the completion of its large-scale public artwork, measuring 600 sq/m, as one of the largest murals in Europe. Titled ‘Home’ the work has now completely transformed the facade of the iconic Normans builders merchants.
